Guest Numbers: We require a minimum of 8 children to book a party. The maximum number of children allowed per party is 20.

Refundable Breakages/Damages Fee: A N$1,000 refundable deposit is required and payable upon approval of your party booking. This deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days after your party, provided there are no damages to our party room or our facilities. If any damages are found, the deposit will become non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Booking Deposit & Full Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total party cost is required to confirm your booking. The full remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your scheduled party date.

Cake & Refreshments: You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. For all other food, beverages, and treats, we kindly ask that you choose from our delicious selection of platters, beverages, and treats available for purchase. No outside food, beverages, or treats are permitted.

Play Park Access: Party guests are welcome to enjoy the play park facilities before and after your booked party time slot, within our regular opening and closing hours. However, to allow our team to prepare the party room for the next celebration and ensure a special experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you vacate the party room area outside of your designated party time.

Adult Entry: The parents and grandparents of the birthday child receive free entry. All other adults attending the party will need to pay the standard entry fee at the entrance, or you can choose to include their entry fees in your party bill.

Online Booking System: Our online booking system provides real-time availability, allows you to select party extras, and will generate a quote for your party.
