What You Need to Know
Guest Numbers: We require a minimum of 8 children to book a party. The maximum number of children allowed per party is 20.
Venue Fee: A Venue Fee of N$1,200 is payable upon booking your party. This is applicable to ALL party packages.
Non-Refundable Booking Deposit & Full Payment: To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable Deposit on the full amount is required. Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to your party date. If full payment is not received by then, your booking will be released and treated as unconfirmed.
IMPORTANT to Note: Both the deposit and the venue fee are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or changes to your booking.
All bookings are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions and Rules of Play.
Cake & Refreshments: You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. For all other food, beverages, and treats, we kindly ask that you choose from our delicious selection of platters, beverages, and treats available for purchase. No outside food, beverages, or treats are permitted.
Play Park Access: Party guests may access the play park 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. Should you wish to arrive earlier, standard park entry fees per person will apply. After your party slot ends, we kindly ask that you vacate the party room to allow setup for the next celebration.
Guests are welcome to continue enjoying the play park beyond the party time, but please note that an additional fee per child and adult will be added for the extra time spent in the facility.
- Adult Entry: The parents and grandparents of the birthday child receive free entry. All other adults attending the party will need to pay the standard entry fee at the entrance, or you can choose to include their entry fees in your party bill.
- Online Booking System: Our online booking system provides real-time availability, allows you to select party extras, and will generate a quote for your party.
- Joyful Noise Party Rules: Please remember that the Joyful Noise Rules of Play are in effect at all times for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE: Please do not make any payments until a member of our Joyful Noise team has contacted you with your final invoice. Kindly note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received the final invoice and paid the required 50% non-refundable Deposit along with the N$1,200 venue fee.
