Your booking is only confirmed once you’ve received this invoice and paid the required 50% non-refundable deposit. Compulsory services (Additional adult admission fee, Venue fee, and Party setup fee, where applicable) will be added to your final invoice if not selected.

What Happens After You Book:

Confirmation: A friendly member of our JoyfulNoise team will call or email you to: Double-check your party details (date, time, etc.). Confirm the total cost of your party. Let you know if your chosen date and time are available.
Availability Check: If your requested date and time are available, we’ll move to the next steps. If your requested date and time are unavailable, we will let you know, and your initial booking will be cancelled. You can then easily choose a new date and time that works for you.
Party Details and Conditions: Before your party day, we’ll chat with you about: Our simple party booking conditions and what to expect on the day of your JoyfulNoise party.
Securing Your Booking (Deposit): Once you’re happy to proceed, our team will send you a final invoice. To officially secure your party, we’ll ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost, including a N$1200 venue fee and party set-up fee (where applicable).
Making Payment: You can pay your deposit in person at JoyfulNoise, PayToday or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only officially confirmed once we have received your full deposit payment (50% non-refundable including the N$1200 venue fee and party set-up fee, where applicable).
